Eventura has completed the technical training requirements and will be able to train, implement and support customers looking to streamline their accounting processes and manage electronic documentation using PaperLess integrated with the customer’s accounting solution.
Contracted Support is Eventura’s premier support service. The costs are fixed for an agreed period and you receive regular “health checks”, priority resource allocation and access to our help desk system. You can report problems directly by phone, email or over their web-based support portal. You can then view their status over the internet and potentially save money based on reduced rates.
The Eventura Philosophy
Rather than investing in permanent IT skills within your business, Eventura offers an alternative source of IT and business skills which can be called on by its clients as-and-when required. An ad-hoc service is available for companies with occasional needs for support who do not wish for financial commitment, but pay for support on a Time-and-Materials basis.
