The team at DocuPlex is headed by Derek French B.Sc., who has been involved with the electronic document and records management software (EDRMS) industry since 2003. Derek has headed the implementations at over 130 firms and organisations throughout the UK during that time. Derek is degree educated, PRINCE 2 Project Management foundation qualified and has a great deal of hard-won experience to offer. The services provided by DocuPlex include professional advice, design of filing structures, and designing and running staff training courses. All of these help ensure a software implementation runs smoothly and achieves the business goals required. On-going advice and technical support are important parts of the services offered.
