Keytime Systems Limited appointed PaperLess Business Partner in the UK

PaperLess Software Europe Limited is pleased to welcome Keytime Systems Limited as a Business Partner in the UK for Sage 50, Sage Pastel Evolution and Sage Pastel Partner.

Anthony Boggiano from Keytime said “Keytime is constantly looking out for new solutions to problems our customers raise with us in terms of reducing manual processes and therefore cost. A lot of software products are presented to us, however PaperLess was head and shoulders above any other applications we have seen in the last 12 months and we could quickly see how it will help reduce business costs, simplify processes and generally make our customers working lives more productive. PaperLess is now an integrated part of our offering alongside Pastel Evolution and Pastel Partner.”

Pastel Evolution is an ERP solution that gives you the ability to control your financial situation as well as your relationships with your customers, suppliers and employees.

It is sold in more than 50 countries across the world and has many thousands of users running their businesses via Evolutions’ wide range of add-on modules. The add-on modules, including Branch Accounting, Business Intelligence, Fixed Assets to name a few, allow any business to configure Evolution to their specific needs without having to pay for functionality they do not need.

Keytime Systems can trace its history back to 1989 when the company was founded for the purposes of supplying Payroll software for UK small businesses. Shortly after a partnership was forged with Pastel International and the company was appointed as the distributor for the Pastel accounting software product range in the UK and Ireland, and has subsequently sold Pastel systems to more than 2000 businesses.

Underpinning this success is an experienced and well established team of software professionals working in the support, consulting and sales teams, focused on delivering cost effective, functional and reliable business management software to our growing customer base.

PaperLess Software was founded in Oslo in 1997 and the technology is now in use in over 1700 client sites across Europe helping business organisations save time and money by proving a secure enterprise wide application to efficiently manage electronic documents.

Using PaperLess businesses can reduce inefficiencies caused by relying on paper in their business processes. Significant time and cost savings are made by capturing a digital image of paper documents arriving into the business and then processing the documents electronically. The digital images of the paper documents are managed with their electronic counterparts such as email correspondence, word processing and spread sheet documents. All documents are then available in a secure document archive which can be accessed safely via the Internet.

Integration with Pastel Evolution means that transactions can be prepared within PaperLess from the digital images of invoices and other accounting documents and then the transaction can be posted directly into Pastel Evolution from PaperLess; this means that users can save more time later when they want to view a document quickly from a transaction line in Pastel Evolution.

Phil Richards from PaperLess said “ it is very exciting to be working with Keytime Systems to bring PaperLess to Pastel users in the UK. The solid experience with Pastel accounting solutions that we have seen in the Keytime Systems team was exactly what we look for in our Business Partnerships and we are looking forward to a long business relationship between our companies.”
